This is a packaged service, not a generic add-on. Each customer gets a dedicated engineer who learns the context of your environment: your architecture, your runbooks, your historical incidents, your business priorities. That engineer designs, deploys, and tunes a set of AI Agents that work alongside our Support team to improve hosting reliability and accelerate recovery.

Four agents form the core of the offering:

Detection Agent Continuously analyzes metrics, logs, and traces to identify faults early. Reduces alert noise by correlating signals and surfacing likely root causes instead of dumping a dashboard on the on-call engineer.

Evaluation Agent Takes a detected issue and forms a root-cause hypothesis using runbooks and historical incident data. Classifies severity so the right response happens at the right speed, without waiting for human triage.

Resolution Agent Auto-remediates known issues where it's safe to do so. When escalation is required, it hands off to a human with full context: what happened, what was tried, what's likely next. No more starting from zero at 3 a.m.

Runbook Agent Continuously validates runbooks against real system behavior and flags drift. Assists in keeping documentation current as your platform evolves, so the other agents (and your engineers) always work from accurate context.
